Building from Parts
Spring 2018 UC Berkeley — advised by Andrew Atwood
A building with four parts and six rooms. Its interiors conform to the irregular volumes of the building envelope, creating moments of compression which resolve in the larger spaces. A stair suspended in the largest volume connects the two floors. Smaller spaces allow observation into the main area while remaining hidden from view.
