Two geometric volumes, each with portions carved out to create openings, are merged together. In section, the resulting object reads as a series of horizontal planes with three punctures. The actual object is a solid mass which contains one continuous void. The distinction between contained space and space used to contain is defined by a differentiation in color in the model.
